Fitzharrys School Association
The Fitzharrys School Association (FSA) is Fitzharrys' equivalent of a Parent Teacher Association (PTA), which exists to raise extra funds which will be used to support the work of the school. The FSA is run by a friendly committee of parents, carers and staff who plan social events and fun activities to raise money to go towards new school resources and to help improve facilities.
Why do we need to raise money?
The mission of the FSA is to raise funds to improve our children's educational opportunities and school experience. Fundraising allows Fitzharrys to continue to offer the 'extras' which are so important in a school and not covered by existing funds.
How can you get involved?
All parents, carers and staff are automatically members of the FSA and there is an open invitation to attend committee meetings. We are always very happy to welcome new faces to the committee and are very grateful for volunteers to help at events. We meet roughly once a term to hold an FSA meeting where we talk about fundraising ideas and plan events; meetings and events will be advertised on this page as well as on social media pages. For more information about joining the FSA or upcoming FSA events, you can contact the school's main office or send an email the FSA Secretary, Mrs Holt at sholt@fitzharrys.oxon.sch.uk
